Very glad this bug has been fixed!
It caused a lot of trouble for us, luckily we were able to roll back to a back-up.

Our client also mentioned that all the unchecked children of the multisite got overwritten with the broadcast content, which should not have happened. For example, when reverting to a revision on a child that particular page was “good” again but all other children got replaced with the 0 content and title. Even through there should not be a connection between those pages.
Not sure if that is related to this or if it is a separate oddity, but we’re planning on diving into that later this week.

For now I’m just glad you fixed the “0” bug, and I’ll report back if our other problem still remains.
