title next image or Wrapping text around img automatically?

I want to do one of these thing ??

1- how can I move the title and the date and other info about hte post to be next the image.

2- if it’s hard to do so how about Wrapping Text Around the Image in my post automatically so every time a user will post article with one image it will be Wrapping automatically so he will not go the img penal and warp it by himself .
