title/name of field not showing up on form

    The form has been created, but it’s missing the fields. e.g. Email Address; First Name etc. It only show up if subscriber tries to submit without filling out the required fields.
    Help!

    Could you please try to change the theme of the webpage to see whether the issue may occur with some other theme too?

    Thank you. I think it may well be my theme as the “get a short link” and inserting or editing a link doesn’t work with your plugin.
