Title <h1> tags, etc

I see the following
h1 {
font-size: 4em;
text-align: center;
}

in styles.css , but how do I hard code words in title and h1 tags?

The blog title <h1> resides in the header.php template for the default theme.

other wise they’re in your sidebar.php, single.php… I just keep hunting until I find it. I used to have a life until:

code<?php if (have_posts()) : ?>

<?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

happened. ??
