Title Link Character Limit

I want to display complete title as a link. Somehow this line always returns truncated version

$feedtitle =”get_permalink().” class=’facebook_page-link’ “.$link_target.”>”.($block->get_title()).”“;

As you can see I have removed the substr but the returned value is always truncated. Any solution?
