title is a source link while permalink is pointed to my website

hi
would like to know how to make to post titles clickable link which will lead to post original source while pointing the permalinks to the copy of my website.

the matter is that i am autoposting the feeds to my social networks and would like to point clicks to the copy on my website while giving an opportunity the reader to click the post title then be redirected to the original source. This way I will keep people to enter my website, than if article is interesting to redirect them to the original source.

any suggestions?
