Title in Greek Font

All my titles in my site is in greek it all shows up great in the site but when i copy the url and paste it somewhere it appears the title i mean in the url as numbers and random letters. I guess it is some combination to understand the greek fonts but is there any way around?
example: a post title is Επ?σκεψη στoν ?μιλο Φουσκωτ?ν και Ταχυπλ?ων Σκαφ?ν Σ?ρου

and when i copy the url it shows as: https://eomofs.gr/v2/2014/02/%CE%B5%CF%80%CE%AF%CF%83%CE%BA%CE%B5%CF%88%CE%B7-%CF%83%CF%84o%CE%BD-%CF%8C%CE%BC%CE%B9%CE%BB%CE%BF-%CF%86%CE%BF%CF%85%CF%83%CE%BA%CF%89%CF%84%CF%8E%CE%BD-%CE%BA%CE%B1%CE%B9-%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%87%CF%85/
