Title image link?

  • I have successfully changed the WP title to an image file (a gif), by editing the layout css (I have made the title text “hidden”), but I wanted the image to link to an index page on click. Can this be done? I know how to do it in html but I can’t work out how to do it by edits to index.php or the css file.
