    Hi @thirstyjon,

    ID3 tags are a form of metadata embedded within the podcast audio file itself, it is not something generated by our plugin.

    With that said, missing an ID3 tag will not invalidate your feed and keep it from being published at the various listening platforms though it can affect SEO.

    I didn’t realize that.

    The course that I am taking specifically had us remove all that from the file so that we could then add it back when posting it.

    It hadn’t occurred to me that Seriously Simple Podcasting wouldn’t work the same way.
