Title for section display wrong

I started building out my page with a section from my Etsy shop and the first section I created, the title says – Etsy-Shop: Delete cached content. Now sure what this means but I would prefer that the correct title is displayed. I have the shortcode I’m using and the debug code but I don’t want to post it in the open forum. I prefer to email it to you directly.??

Also, when I click on a link, it takes me to a page that has at the top “More from this shop” but it displays Etsy other users’ products. Is this supposed to happen? If it is, is there a way to turn it off or only display products only from my shop. I’m asking this because when it says “More from this shop”, it looks like the designs in this section are by me when some of them aren’t. There are actually designs from some of my competitors and I would prefer that their designs now show at the top of my page. ?? ?? ??
