Title filtering

Hello,

this seems to be the only Twitter widget which actually uses Twitter rate limiting properly, good job!

However the widget_title filter does not work properly. In the plugin code, there is call for the proper apply_filters, but then the resulting title is not being used in the HTML. I had to fix this in plugin code (simple fix).

Could you please fix it in your next release?
