title does not appear in amp

@pixelative Just a heads-up for your next update. Our blog’s titles are defined by the All in One SEO Pack plugin, so that might need to be “integrated” with AMP WP somehow. Maybe that’s why it wasn’t working for us.

Just updated to 1.4.1 and had to reapply this fix.

Having the same issue with missing <title> tag: https://nachasi.com/2019/05/16/gra-prestoliv-hbo-final/amp/ (we’ve added it manually by changing plugin code)
Plugin version: 1.5.7
