    Hello,

I have been using NextGen Gallery for a while now and I think it’s the best plug-in for galleries out there. There is however one thing I can’t find out how to do it.

Whenever people open the page I want them to see text underneath the thumbnails. In “edit page”, when I clicked on “click to edit” I have selected the first display type (which in Dutch says NextGen Basis Miniaturen, I think this says NextGen Basic Thumbnails in English). I don’t see any option to display titles of the products underneath the thumbnails on the website.

I would like to know if this is possible by modifying or adding code to plug-in files or through creating a custom template.

I hope I explained this clearly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Greetings,

    Colin

@cbreuer – Have you looked at the “captions” template or considered a custom template based on that NextGEN Legacy templates output?

    Thanks!

Thanks man I didn’t see that. I feel silly now. Thanks a lot! My problem is fixed. By the way it was the captions template that did the trick.
