Title Description on index

    Hi all,

    I’d like to change the page title of my blog. Now it is:

    On the index
    Title of Blog

    On a single entry page
    Title of Blog >> Name of the entry

    I want on the index:
    Title of Blog + Description of the blog

    …but I don’t know how to fix this.
    Can anyone help maybe?
