Title Container displays a number 1 instead of title

Title Container displays a number 1 instead of title, when i set the page to a static home page. The static home page and the blog page are affected.Any other pages i create are good, just the static homepage and blog page show numbers instead of the post title or i should say the page title. I set up the home page as static, blog goes to accident news. Im sure i messed something up somewhere, but cant seem to figure it out.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!
