Title, Category and Page Title structure changed after updating to 2.0

Your titles look correct to me; you can use Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool to see how your titles should look based on the current content of your pages; it may be that they just need to be recrawled by Google. Also it is possible that Google has picked a “better title” for you based on the search query used.

Updating to 2.0 won’t change the settings you have entered in, nor can it control what Google chooses to display in its search results.
