This is something I wasn’t planning in recent updates, but here are my thoughts.

Yes, added a custom title block is possible with two option.
First, it would be to create a user and use if for title without any image. Sort of a hack I would say.
Second it would be to create dynamic element that can be added when needed without adding any users.
