Hello, the previous problem has been solved (it is indeed a cache problem), but when I cleared the cache, the background color of the product price area on the store page changed from white to transparent. How can I change the setting back?

Hello, we have the same (big) problem at mirada.online. All the top of the pages are hidden by the header sticky menu. Is not a cache problem for us.
The site runs with proteo child and the latest version of proteo theme.
You can see the issue especially in pc mode at this url https://www.mirada.online/pubblicita-esterna-bari and some others text pages and of course in the catalog https://www.mirada.online/catalogo/ and products pages (we use your pro plugins multivendor and booking).

Maybe this is the problem https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FY9vd2yLJVk4GxkVvm0RjIB87oRHRleW/view?usp=sharing but before upgrade to 1.5 versione of the theme we have not issue.

How can we solve the problem?

Gentilissimi di @yithemes purtroppo il problema persiste e non si riesce a risolvere nemmeno aggiornando Proteo all’ultima versione 1.5.1

Inoltre tentando di personalizzare il tema (Aspetto > Personalizza) spunta questo errore fatale che non si manifesta se proviamo a personalizzare un qualsiasi altro tema (ad esempio Twenty Twentyone)

Abbiamo abbiamo già incrementato via ftp il valore define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); in wp-config.php da 128 a 256 ma ancora nulla

dagli screen si evidenzia che il child theme creato contiene degli errori.
In particolare nella header section del file style.css mancano i riferimenti al parent theme (Template: yith-proteo).
Puoi scaricare un child di Proteo da usare come base di partenza per le tue customizzazioni da questo link: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-proteo/proteo-child-theme/

Strano che il sistema non veda l’attuale child, ma lo definisca come tema.
Abbiamo ricaricato il file style.css originario del child e ora l’errore riguardante l’header è sparito.
Abbiamo modificato php.ini e ora funziona anche la personalizzazione, tuttavia dobbiamo far girare il sistema con Proteo padre versione 1.4.5.1 poiché se aggiorniamo alle versioni successive si ripropone inesorabilmente l’errore di cui parlavo 3 settimane fa.
Qualche idea?

Dato che per capire a fondo il problema avrei bisogno di fare del debug sul tuo sito, apriresti un ticket sulla piattaforma supporto di YITH? Così tutto viene più agevole per questo particolare caso ??
