The solution is probably to use some CSS like “background-size: cover” or “background-size: contain”, but I’d need to see your site.

The background for that area is set inline and not via a CSS file, so it needs to be fixed by fixing your theme.

As you use a commercial theme and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
