Title appears %page_title% instead the correct one

Hi guys,
Im using this plugin for optimized the meta-tags in the website/
Im using this theme:
https://themeforest.net/item/homeland-responsive-real-estate-wordpress-theme/6518965For some reason all the properties pages in the title i see %page_title% although in the wp panel i added different title.
Any help are welcome here!
