Title and price not showing on shop page

  • Hello,
    i can’t display title, price and more option on my shop page but i activated all option in WP customizer.

    Any idea why it’s not working ?

    I am not sure, what could be causing this issue.

    We won’t be able to help properly unless we take a look at the settings. Can you share a screencast of the settings? And do let us know if you see any errors while doing the changes from the Customizer in the Browser’s console?

    Also, did you try disabling all the plugins except Astra Pro and WooCommerce to see if it helps?

    I can’t see if there are any console errors shown in the video attached.

    Also, I couldn’t exactly figure out if the settings under the Product Catalog > Shop Page Display. Is it set to Show Products?

    If yes, you should be able to display the Price and other attributes as seen in this screencast.

    While if you are still unable to figure it out, do reach to us through our Support Portal so we can take a closer look and help you accordingly.
