Ah, using GTM is a much better alternative. In that case I’d go with that ??

I added the <h3> tags, but that removed the

They should really stop with this moderation thing. Not helpful

Maybe I should just roll it back to 5.3.3 for now and work harder on the new theme…

You should remove the <li> tag from your Before/after Popular Posts field:

    Thread Starter Okoth1

    (@okoth1)

Okay, I will try that. I don’t need that link there anyway anymore.

Just tried your code (minus the extra LI tag nor the onClick attribute) and the HTML is being rendered as expected:

    (@okoth1)

I’m still at the point where all links are wrapped within the h3 tags…

Still trying and purging cache. Hang on

    (@okoth1)

With the copy you provided I didn’t manage Héctor. I don’t know why. But for now I will roll it back to 5.3.3. I’m the only admin so that should be safe. I’ll continue puzzling on a local site since people woke up visit the site.

Anyway, thanks for all the support and a very good plugin Héctor. I’ll let you know what caused it.

Fair enough, please keep me posted.

I can just overwrite the 5.3.4 files with the 5.3.3 ones, right Héctor? No changes in the database?

    Plugin Author Hector Cabrera

    (@hcabrera)

Yep, no changes to the database.

Deactivate the plugin (do not uninstall it or else you’ll lose your popular posts data), overwrite the files and folder (although I would delete everything in the wordpress-popular-posts folder, then paste 5.3.3’s files in it), and that should do it.
