    I checked your site and I saw that there are some errors in the console which I think are related to the caching plugin you use – screenshot. Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    Hi Lucia,

    Thank you for your respond. However, I’ve tried to install the Troubleshooting plugin and disabled all the plugins. Although all the plugins were being removed and I saw my default lay-out, the same problem occured.

    So the cause is something else. Do you have any other solutions?
