“Title” and “Description” not visible in settings

    I cannot change the title or description of the Stripe gateway. I have navigated to  WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe but the “Customize” option isn’t there.

    This is unusual, it should show up something like this:

    Can you please share more details about your installation?

    • Which WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce database, Stripe, and PHP versions are you running?
    • Which theme do you use, and it’s also up to date?
    • Do you use any other payment gateway plugins?
    • Additionally, do you find any errors in your WooCommerce Logs? If so, please share them with us.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
