You mean in a slider?
It would be defintely cool. In the moment you can view info by clicking and holding mouse on a picture. Assumed that you have activated “Show in gallery” field info in main images area.

I think something like “Click and hold to show info” when hovering image would be cool. But also a common solution that info is always showing.
