Tips on designing a clothing website?

  • Need some advice and guidance here…

    My client needs a very simple page which displays all the different types of clothes she offers. Her vision is a 3×3 grid of pictures (with next page and previous page buttons) and clicking on any picture would open up a post displaying the picture and some info.

    I was going to use a standard category template to display the post titles, but how do I associate pictures with each post? Basically I want to write some kind of code that grabs the post’s image and display it as a thumbnail. Also how would I setup the whole picture thing in general? Is there a good plugin for this? Or am I on my own…
