    Hi there,

    We use Chrome as our main web browser and have purchased international proxies to test our implementation of the GeoTargeting module.

    We seem to have problem with the browser cache and was wondering if you have any tips? Or perhaps a preferred browser to eliminate the browser cache.

    We have attempted to ‘clear browser history’, ‘disable cache’ (via dev tools), clear cache add-on and yet the geot tag seems to be getting cached. We know its a cache because if we goto https://geoiptool.com/en/ the correct country details are given for the proxy. It is either a problem with the WP module or our browser cache.

    Any tips you can share to enable us to test this consistently would be really appreciated!

    Cheers,
    Gareth

    HI Gareth? The plugin caches in users session. So you need to clear the session in order to test it properly.

    If you don’t want to clear sessions all the time simple paste this into your wp-config.php

    define('GEOT_DEBUG', true);

    Regards
