Tippy shortcode not working

I’m having problems with the Tippy plugin and trying to do some troubleshooting. I’m hoping you can point me in the right direction. We know that shortcodes work in pages but we can’t get the tippy shortcode to work in any of our pages like this one, https://zerodraftmd.com/test/. The tippy shortcode is not showing up at all though the code is in there (under the WP UI spoiler short code) How can we get the tippy plugin to work on pages?
