TinyMCE won’t show all my editing buttons in the visual editor

Hi all,

My tinyMCE is acting crazy. I can only get one row of buttons to show up when i’m in the visual editor. I installed tinyMCE Advanced to try to fix this problem, but it doesn’t help, so I uninstalled it.

How can I get the native WordPress tinyMCE editor to show all the default buttons in the visual editor? I especially need it to show “paste as plain text” and right now it doesn’t show that at all.
