TinyMCE trans.gif suddenly 404s

I’m not quite sure when this happened, sometime within the last few days but all of a sudden I’m getting a 404 on wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/img/trans.gif which is the ‘more’ gif for the post editor.

I can’t say it’s a file I’ve noticed before…..
