TinyMCE Templates and 3.4 = Only see own posts

Upgraded to 3.4 and then to 2.9.0 of the TinyMCE Templates plugin and for whatever reason we were unable to view anything but our own posts. Even as the ADMIN I could only see my own. It also impacted seeing MENU items as well as limiting what I could see on the actual front end to my own posts as well.
Very strange, turning off TinyMCE Templates returned it to normal.
