TinyMCE, PLEAAAASE help!

Searched and couldn’t find anything. Is there a plugin for smilies that actaully work? I haven’t found one… the only one that came close to working was “More Smilies”, and only a few of the images would load.

I’ve also tried and read many tutorials about TinyMCE, but I cannot install it in wordpress for some reason, so I couldn’t see if the plugin “Tiny Emotioncon” worked or not.

Sorry if there are already so many threads about this, and smilies don’t seem like a big deal >_<; I just hate not having them; my blog feels naked without smilies.
