    I have installed SupportCandy and works great , but I just got a weird issue that I can not see the tinymce toolbar in new ticket and reply ticket

    I have 2 sites with supportcandy , one loads perfectly , one doesn’t , I couldn’t figure out why that happens.

    I do double checked the setting

    Allow rich text editor
    Only selected roles can use rich text editor.

    both Registered Users and Guest are checked.

    What am I missing to get the tinymce ?

    Please make sure you have checked all options in Dashboard > Support > Settings > TinyMCE > Tinymce toolbar setting.
