    Hi,
I use White Label CMS a lot, but suddenly I have a strange error on a site. When White Label CMS is activated and an user is logged in as Editor then TinyMCE is not loaded:
Uncaught ReferenceError: tinyMCE is not defined editor.min.js:1
    switchEditors.go editor.min.js:1
    switchEditors.switchto editor.min.js:1
    onclick post.php:300

    With Admin everything works fine.

    Any clues?

    Hi,
I had this problem too, but it was caused by low memory settings. Allowing more memory for WordpRess solved the problem. 64MB should do. You can check with a plugin like WP-Memory-Usage

    Hi Carl,

Thanks for the hint, my memory limited was set to 64M, and I’ve just changed it to 128MB and problem still exist. Think that this is plug-in not compatible issue.

Still waiting for a solution, thanks in advance!!

    Cheers

Just tried disable ALL plug-ins, still got the same issue, so I would say this might not be White Label CMS related issue, but an upgrade issue or 3.52 issue.

    To make it clearer,
    1. After upgrade to WP3.52, the user with editor role cannot load TineyMCE (no buttons / icons, Add Media won’t work, all text are in WHITE color so looks like nothing in the editor window, highlight to see the contents)

    2. Seems only happen to affect Page and Post, custom posts are working just fine.

Its strange but it just behave like that – any hints will be great!!

    Regards,
    Andrew

Just did a in depth investigation, and found that it is NOT an issue of White Label CMS nor WordPress, it is a theme issue.

I’ve commended out a couple lines in a theme file and everything back to normal.

Thank you and sorry guys if you’ve been mis-leaded.

White Label CMS is Cool and Nice !!!
