TinyMCE is not defined

After installing this Plugin there is an issue with TinyMCE.
Disabling your Plugin fixes this error. After reenabling the error occurs again.

I obeserved this on nearly all WordPRess backend pages.
The frontend is fine.

Disabling TinyMCE does not solve it. Also installation and usage of another TinyMCE plugin.
