tinymce is not defined

changing wp-config.php encoding from utf-8 to ansi

no sir already tried that but nothing worked ..

do look below .. this is the exact error

I think this one also permission issue.I have not access this file.

yes bro i understand that .. and i also generated a ticket to hosting company.. may be they will solve that permission error ..
