TinyMCE conflict with sortable

I have a client that uses this plugin and has a problem that has been bothering them with the admin section. When in the ‘Editing Accordions’ screen and on the ‘Content’ tab, if you click on one of the accordions to open the editor in Visual mode you cannot resize the editor box. Instead, the ui sortable kicks in and displaces the entire editor window.

I was able to apply a fix by disabling sortable when the accordion is opened. However, I suggest rearranging the html so that only the top bar triggers the sortable function, rather than everything inside the <td>, which causes various conflicts with tinymce functions.
