TinyMCE Advanced not working

I deactivated every plugin on the site but it is still not working.

There is no menu bar.

I don’t know if this is related but Fusion Builder, that comes with the theme does not work either.

Even deactivating that plugin does not help.

I have deactivated them all and TinyMCE advanced still does not work.

Can anyone help?
