    The {TINYLINK} keyword is designed to fail gracefully and use the usual peramlink if the TinyURL servers report an error or are in reachable. It may be that you server is not allowing access.

    I have checked a little bit more.

    TinyLink shortener is working on 1freehosting.com but not working on ipage.com.

    Do you clarify? why?

    As I said above the code will fail gracefully if your server cannot connect to the TinyUrl service. It seems one of your providers allows this while the other does not.
