]]>Why is the Dibs plugin for Woocommerce changing the order status directly, without calling the normal “action” like:
do_action( ‘woocommerce_order_status_processing’, $order_id, $order );
All other payment services that I have used like Vipps etc. is using this action
The reason that I am asking is that I am using a plugin that is sending an email, depending on the order status. The problem now it that this plugin is not noticing changes in order status, because the Dibs plugin is changing this status directly.
Why is this plugin changing the order status directly and do you have any plans to fix this?

I am using this plugin for my site. It really works great. Now my client wants to implement the same website to mobile app. So we are using Woocommerce REST API in Ionic and angular. I have no idea how integrate the payment process with DIBS in my mobile app. Is there any plugin for this or any api endpoints? I really need your help here.

We are using this plugin and WooCommerce Subscription with recurring payments. By information from DIBS in relation to the new SCA requirements it is required to send in
“mitType” when customer saves the card
and
“recurring” eller “UCOF” when there is a recurring payment.
Can you confirm this is supported by the plugin?
]]>Order is declined by DIBS (credit card), but still went through. The webshop manager tells me she received order #2047 as payed in the system. But the money was not received at the company account. It was declined by DIBS. According to DIBS there is nothing wrong at there end. One of the orders 2026 and 2028 (not sure which), also went through even the payment is not received in the company account. Can you have a look for as this is quite urgent? Thank you

As this is an event company we’re using the plugin EventOn (bought from Envato). When activating your plugin it conflicts with EventOn which isn’t working at all.

I was informed by DIBS that older versions of TLS will be deactivated on may 14th 2018.
I am wondering if this plugin then will be incompatibile?
The mails says that if TLS 1.2 is supported, the change will not affect you.
However, i dont really know what to look for to ensure that 1.2 is supported? Any ideas? ??

After payment window your are redirected to a site:domain.dk/woocommerce/dibsaccept/ or if cancelled: site:domain.dk/woocommerce/cancelled/
This is making the payment go through but the orders are cancelled and the customers are getting returned with at 500 error.
I have followed the setup completely and talked to DIBS support, so i will like to get this do
(running in DIBS testmode)
The payment is registered in DIBS, and customer is sent nicely back to the /kasse/order-received page with a thankyou.
But the admin the order say “awaiting payment” (in danish)
The webserver log say “POST /woocommerce/dibscallback/ HTTP/1.1” 302 3403 “-” “DIBS”
(Unpaid orders get canceled after 1 hour, I guess that is normal)

Thank you for making a DIBS integration for WooCommerce, you are my preferred choice.
When i try to implement it on my checkoutpage, the layout of the page is ruined when watched on a desktop. Furthermore the radiobuttons on the page becomes inactive, and i cant choose any other payment method than DIBS. When watched on a smartphone or tablet it all falls into place, but my radiobuttons are still inoperable. The checkout works as supposed, no bugs there.
Please advice. I had to deaktivate the plug-in for now, until I have a workaround, to not confuse my customers.

]]>I’m not quite sure that this is a problem with plugin itself but I decided to post a question here.
I have set up test account for DIBS and DIBS payment method works perfectly. The problem is with other payment methods (DIBS Invoce and DIBS MobilePay). After selecting either of above and proceeding to DIBS, message “No payment methods available” shows up. Screenshot. I have to mention that I configured DIBS plugin as in documentation. What can cause it?
Another problem is connected with MasterPass payment. After clicking on “Proceed to MasterPass” error message is shown on checkout page – “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”.

Hi there.
We have just relaunched our webshop and have encountered some issues with DIBS and Woocommerce.
After our website update, the order numbers for the online order went 1000 orders back in time and all new orders get “old” used order numbers.
When trying to finish the transaktions, DIBS tell them, that the orderID has been used and the customer can’t pay and finish the order.
I then updated the order number with this plugin :

Now we have new order numbers, but we can’t connect with DIBS. It don’t capture the transaction in the dashboard and the users never get an order email from us and the invoice page make the bug.
I then removed the plugin and went back to the old setup, but Woocommerce just uses the old order numbers that we can’t reuse because of DIBS orderID’s.
Please advise!

Then I wanted to test it and applied for test account in DIBS here: https://www.dibspayment.com/demo-signup In plugin settings I entered “DIBS Merchant ID” from test account.
All payment options appeared (DIBS, DIBS Invoice, DIBS MobilePay) but when placing an order I’m redirected to the page https://payment.architrade.com/paymentweb/start.action with an error message “Invalid merchant/shop!”.
Where can be the problem?

]]>Neither we or the customers get any email confirmations. The orders gets cancelled, even though everything is confirmed in the DIBS payment window.
We have been in contact with DIBS and WooCommerce support and tried different settings, ending up with money getting withdrawn from customers accounts, but neither gets any e-mail confirmation, not we, not the customers, and then the order gets cancelled. And we end up with not knowing which orders money where withdrawned from or cancelled, as all orders get cancelled, and nothing gets into the reports. They tell us to ask for help from here.
I placed a few order myself now, and money get withdrawn from from account, but in WooCommerce it says orders were cancelled and not paid.
This is really bad, I guess we have to drop DIBS altogether for now.

When I get the payment to DIBS, everything work fine – the payment goes through to DIBS, and I have confirmed by DIBS, that they try to send the values back to the page called:
https://www.kreativverden.dk/woocommerce/dibsaccept
But after 5 trys it stops. I get the “Webpage can not find the page” – HTTP error 500.
I have tried to change the settings in the permalinks without luck. It seems like I miss setting up this “dibsaccept” page, but I don’t know how to solve it.
That in practical also means that the woocommerce shop, is placing the order in the “waiting on payment” box, and the customer does not get any feedback that they actually received the order.
At this current state, have i disabled DIBS, and are running via PayPal in order to obtain business as usual, but I hope that someone can help me!

I’m setting up a webshop using WooCommerce and DIBS.
It’s in testing mode and everything works great until you have to get the receipt.
The page redirects to: /woocommerce/dibsaccept/ and I get a 404 error saying the page doesn’t exist. Because of this, the payment isn’t accepted.
Can you please tell what the problem is and how to fix it?

In my shop I entering product prices without vat. Then I adding 25% vat to all products. In woocommerce is set up to show prices with vat. When I create an order with payment method cash on delivery, in my order I got product prices with vat. But when I create an order with your plugin DIBS method, then in order email product prices are without vat, and vat is calculated on the bottom, before total.
But then when I try to resend a new order email from admin for this order, I got order email where products are with vat. So, why I got order emails without vat on product prices when making a payment with DIBS? I dint find any settings in the plugin regarding this. I need to show product prices with vat in order emails, when making a payment with dibs.
