tiny framework theme contact form

I am a newbie to wordpress in general and trying to use Tiny Framework theme. I have a few pages posted and everything looks fine but I don’t understand two things.
1) How to add a contact form
2) How to find and install the child themes that come with the download. The user guide says I’ll find the child themes “Unzip parent theme file and then locate child theme zip file in: inc/examples/tiny-framework-child.zip.”
Is that network path on the Workpress admin tool or on my PC? How do I find it, exactly?

Can anyone advise me about these basics?
