• Installed … first gripe: month and day is swapped when specifying the date. Convention is month-day-year, not day-month-year. If you’re going to buck convention let people know upfront. Non-issue really. Here’s my major gripe:

Did a short code version. Reading the instructions it looks like it’s intended only for sidebar use. I want it big to show when my site will be live. No way it seems to do that. Clicked on the documentation link … did a search for “size”… nothing. Looked throug the plugin page … nothing there either.

I suspect there’s a way to do that, but as it was neither intuitive, obvious, or even discoverable after looking in the instructions, searching the instructions. thptpt. Nice code I’m sure, but if I can’t make something work in 3 minutes or less I move on. Life is too short.

    Thank you for the review.

We use the ISO date standard. The date format you referred to as ‘convention’ is standard only in the US. We make this clear by using DD-MM-YYYY in all shortcode examples. Sorry that you found this confusing.

Regarding “Size”, There are multiple styles in various sizes that are delivered with the plugin. ‘Cloud-City’ for example is rather large. And with a bit of CSS can be made even larger.

But again, thanks for the review.
