Tin Canny Uploader – not working

    I was using “Insert or Embed e-learning Content into WordPress Plugin” to embed Articulate Storyline 360 tutorials on my cite and everything works fine.

    I then installed “Tin Can Report”
    For tracking i now need to upload the Storyline tutorials with “Tin Canny Uploader”
    I upload the zip files as normal, everything is fine, i get the code to embed:
    [vc_snc embed_type=”iframe” item_id=”8″ item_name=”CourseLMS2″ width=”100%” height=”600px” frameborder=”0″ src=”https://mycitename.com/wp-content/uploads/uncanny-snc/8/story.html”%5D
    i save but no Storyline content is showing on page?

    Storylines were published with SCORM 1.2
    when i use the first plugin i mentione at the begining, everything is fine, but tiwh tin canny uploader, there is no video.

    Any ides what is wrong?

    Hi, I bought the Uncanny LearnDash Reporting plugin. But can’t upload the files more than 100 mb. I did it according to the instructions:
    1)Publish the zip file as you normally would.
    2)Extract the contents of the zip file.
    3)Move the big media files elsewhere.
    4)Zip the files back up so the structure is the same.
    5.Upload the zip file through the Tin Canny uploader as before.

    But Tin Canny sayed: “Unsupported file type detected”

    Please explain how to do it?

    Hi, this support channel is unfortunately for the Toolkit plugin only. For Tin Canny, support tickets must be logged from our website or by sending an email to [email protected] using the address you used to make the purchase.

    On our side we can’t control the upload limit on your site; this is something to raise with your host. In general though we suggest you try to set the limit to about 2.5 times the largest file that you’ll upload.
