Some hosts have blocked the timthumb script becuase of security concerns. Try asking your hosts if they are blocking timthumb.

You can’t unblock it but first find out if it is blocked.

Ok let me check it out.
If it is blocked means they have to unblock right??
    Else what should i do??
    Thank you

If it is blocked, it usually means that they do not want the script running on their server full stop.

This was what they told for my problem

the slider presents a black space instead of images. Upon reviewing your account, it appears that the permissions have not been applied to the directory containing your images.

    Which i have already done.

Then there’s not a awful lot we can do to help here as this is a hosting/permissions issue and not a WordPress one. All I can suggest is that you review Changing_File_Permissions and perhaps consider switching to Linux hosting as it’s far easier to run WordPress on Linux servers as opposed to Windows ones.

Help me which folders actually need the permissions?
Yea I really do have to look forward for a Linux server.
Thank You so much for your help

I have no idea which folders need to have their permissions changed. Perhaps you could try asking the theme’s developer directly.
