Timezone not working?

We are not able to reproduce an issue on our demo https://mpttdemo.getmotopress.com/
You can find a clock with Sydney timezone in the sidebar.
If you use some cache plugin than you should configure it to clear the cache once an hour.

I put a clock on my sidebar and it is displaying the correct time for Sydney.
I don’t have a cache plugin installed. Do I need one?
