Timezone feature in WordPress

Hi – is there any way I can take the timezone feature used in the Admin section and add it into the user registration process? Or, is there a plugin that can add a timezone selector to my user registration page?

I am putting together a website which uses calendar times so need to handle timezones (convert booked time to local user timezone) but obviously I need to hold the user timezone in the database somewhere (right?).

I don’t write code and have been using mostly plugins around my site.
