I’ve scanned all of the documentation and other topics and none seem to touch on this issue I’m having.

Currently my site has it’s timezone correctly set, and it seems like most parts of the plugin respect the timezone, but I’ve ran into a bug where after creating a test appointment for a future time on the same day, in the admin it thinks the appointment time slot has already past and tells me “appointment is past” and I cannot approve it, even though I set the appointment for hours in the future.

Additionally, for some reason all of the emails and the time selection on the front-end of the site are all in 24 hour time format, where as in my wordpress settings I have regular 12 hour time format selected, which some parts of the BookIt plugin uses, but the emails and the actual time selector in the calendar page don’t. It makes it almost unusable as we don’t use 24 hour format around my area.

  • Hello @phillywebteam ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I checked this issue by creating a test appointment for the same day as you did. The plugin uses the time zone of WordPress and I could not recreate this issue. The appointments were available for approval.

The time is displaying in 24 hours format on Frontend for a now. The developers’ team working on the improvement of this plugin, 12 hours format will be released in one of the upcoming plugin updates.

    Kind regards
