timestamps differ or were not found
-
Hello, I am sure some of you are sick of hearing about this issue but my WP super cache isnt working properly saying my “timestamps differ or were not found”. This also happened for me using Total Cache.
I am not computer literate, I am starting my own business and doing the site myself. So please any suggestions need to be spelled out for me, basically treat me like a complete idiot. I have spent loads of time looking at the previous posts about this and I cant understand what anyone is talking about. Ive tried videos and everything, nothing is helping.
Today i spent 3hrs trying to find a timestamp on my webpage – i got nowhere.
The following error message is what im getting:
Fetching https://www.londonmusicfactory.co.uk/ to prime cache: OK
Fetching first copy of https://www.londonmusicfactory.co.uk/: FAILED
Fetching second copy of https://www.londonmusicfactory.co.uk/: FAILED
One or more page requests failed:
The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!I enabled the debug. I can see the code at the bottom of the html source when i load my homepage but ive no idea how it can help me or where it tells me what the problem is?
I dont know how to recognise a timestamp at the bottom of the html source either.
Therefore, i need someone to please just spell it out for me and help me fix this problem.
I have also tried altering permalinks with /%postname% and adding a “/” at the end, but wordpress wont let me save it like that. When the page reloads after saving it goes back to the original.
Ive no idea. Please forgive my stupidity, but im desperate for someone to be my hero, its taking up so much of my working weeks trying to sort this out and my website is soooo slow.

Thank you so much if anyone can help!
