    Hi There,

When accessing any page on our website from a non logged in browser I noticed that the time stamp on Page generated by LiteSpeed Cache 3.4.2 is always current.

Basically the following lines at the bottom always have a time stamp that is generated at the time of page load.

    <!– Page generated by LiteSpeed Cache 3.4.2 on 2020-09-22 18:50:51 –>

There are no other litespeed related lines in the source. Every time the page is refreshed the time stamp on that line changes. Was wondering if this is normal or does it mean that the cached files are not being served.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Because the cache root (the place where stores cache files) is not set up , or not properly set up.

If it’s shared hosting , please contact your provider

if it’s you own managed VPS/dedi , please let me know your server environment , so I can provide you proper guide.

    Best regards,
