    Hi,

when I put in the shortcode the timer is not showing up. It also kills my googlemaps and it also doesnt show up anymore. I looked for every stupid mistake that I could make. But I think this is a bigger issue and not a “there was a space in the code” problem. So this is the website and also page where I wanted to include the timer:

    freeworldrider.com

I am using the Agama Pro theme from themevision. Also I use Visual Composer for building my pages. I use googlemaps pro that is included via Visual Composer (disappearing content when I put in the timer). At the moment the timer is not included because of the crash of the map.

Can I send you my login data, so you can have a closer look at this problem. It would be great! My friend and I will make a worldtrip by bike and want to use the timer to show how many days are left until we start and then count the days we are on bike. I will love you when you can fix this. ??

    Thanks for your pacience!

    Cheers,

    Artan

  • Hello,

I can’t found where you put our plugin’s short code?. Please create dummy page and put this short code on that page and share that page link,So we can check your issue properly.

    Hi,

I put in the timer and the google map in this page:

    https://freeworldrider.com/media/images/

It doesnt matter if I also put in the map. The timer doesnt show up even if I put it in a completely empty page. But it crashs also the google map when both plugins are pasted in one page.

Really, thank you for your help! I hope its not a big problem!

    Cheers,

    Artan

    Hello,

I have found that there is some error during adding the shortcode.
Make sure if you have copied the code from our website OR www.remarpro.com, first try a blank page without VC and add shortcode in WordPress editor TEXT tab and check.

You can also share a screenshot showing how you are adding the shortcode.

    Hi,

I created a new test page (blank page without VC). Added the shortcode for the Timer I created in Text mode as before. I also added the three shortcodes posted at your site under the one I created as you said, even if i dont know what sense this makes, because I have created only the first timer that I posted. There are no spaces or something else that doesnt belong in the shortcode!!! I just copy and pasted it and made sure nothing is missing! Again, the timer doesnt show up. Heres the site where the timers are included:

    Thanks for your help!
